About Us

Tucked away in the rolling hills of Hartland, Vermont, our maple journey is rooted in family tradition and a deep connection to the land. It all began in our grandfather’s sugarhouse in North Pomfret, where he spent over 50 years making his mark on the maple industry. A true pioneer, he embraced innovation, developed new technologies, and—most memorably—welcomed every chance to involve his grandkids in the process.
From a young age, I was drawn to the sugarhouse, eager to be a part of the action. The smell of boiling sap, the crackle of the fire, and the quiet magic of the woods in early spring became part of who I was. As soon as I was big enough to help, I was by my grandfather’s side, learning the craft, the patience, and the pride that comes with making pure Vermont maple syrup

In 2017, I officially began sugaring on my own as part of a high school independent learning project. With just 30 buckets and a small hobby-sized evaporator, I started small—but the passion was anything but. Each season brought more experience, more taps, and a stronger desire to turn this seasonal tradition into something lasting.

Today, that hobby has grown into a thriving business, with over 3,500 taps and a 16x50 sugarhouse built with the same care and intention that my grandfather taught me. What started as a family tradition has become a lifelong pursuit, and with maple in my blood, I’m proud to carry on this legacy.

My hope is to share a piece of Vermont’s natural beauty—and our family’s passion—with every bottle we produce. From our sugarwoods to your table, thank you for being part of the journey.
